Shipping Policy

Traina® Foods is located in Patterson, California. As a default, we ship our products to residential and commercial addresses via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. You may elect to choose between UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, UPS 3-Day, and UPS Next Day at your discretion. Additional costs may apply for faster shipping options. Please note that selecting UPS Ground Saver may add 1–2 additional business days to standard UPS Ground delivery.

UPS operates on a Monday – Friday schedule, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. Orders received by 1:00 PM PST, Monday – Thursday, are shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday by 1:00 PM PST will be shipped the following Monday. We ship to the Contiguous USA only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to APO and FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service as well as domestic PO boxes and centralized university/college mail service centers. Please ensure you provide complete and correct shipping information.

At this time, we do not ship internationally – please check back with us, as we hope to include more service in the future.

Incorrect Addresses & Delays

We ship your packages based on the information you provide. Therefore, it is essential that you verify addresses and the availability of your recipient before placing your order. Sometimes weather delays, incorrect address entries, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay, which means that we will be unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. We guarantee delivery only to the address we are given. If you have questions or if you do not receive your package, please call our Customer Care Service.

Order Tracking

After your order is placed; you will receive a receipt for your order as well as a separate email from UPS with your order tracking number once your package is ready to be shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Holiday Shipping Cut Off Dates

During the busy holiday season, we ask that you place your order at least 10 Business Days in advance of a holiday to allow for ground shipping. Unless expressly stated in writing, we make no guarantee as to delivery dates or timeliness of delivery regardless of the date your order is placed.
